Important Scope: This Privacy Policy applies to the Libraprox website, including account registration, sign-in, checkout, subscription management, and informational pages. 1. Website Account Data

We believe in ultimate privacy. Our public pages remain primarily static and informational. If you choose to create a Libraprox account, we process the email address and password needed to authenticate you, verify your email address, maintain your account, and synchronize subscription access across supported devices:

• Passwords are handled by PocketBase authentication and are not stored in readable form by Libraprox.
• Unverified signup records expire automatically after the verification window; verified accounts remain until deletion or applicable retention cleanup.
• We do not run tracking analytics, marketing pixels, or advertising trackers.
• Authenticated sessions use secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookies that are necessary to keep an account signed in. These cookies are not used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or visitor tracking.

2. Web Billing and Subscription Data

If you use the website to purchase or manage a Pro subscription, Libraprox processes the account identifier, email address, selected product, subscription and entitlement state, renewal or expiration information, cancellation status, and provider transaction or event identifiers needed to provide access, synchronize supported platforms, prevent duplicate account actions, support the account, and enforce account-deletion protections.

Web checkout is provided through RevenueCat Billing, which uses Stripe as its payment gateway. RevenueCat and Stripe may process billing contact information, payment details, transaction records, invoices, subscription status, and payment-failure or refund information under their own privacy notices and terms. Libraprox does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. The RevenueCat customer portal may also process information needed to show invoices and manage payment methods, cancellations, plan changes, or resubscriptions.

3. Geolocation and Connection Checks

Our website features a connection status and IP check utility. The tool uses a combination of direct browser requests and a Libraprox verification Worker:

• Your browser performs direct queries to public geolocation and connection APIs, specifically https://ipwho.is and https://api4.ipify.org. These providers process your IP address under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Your browser also contacts a Libraprox Worker to verify whether the IP associated with the request matches an active Libraprox exit point. The Worker returns only a connection-status result, such as protected or not protected; it does not return the underlying server IP list.
• Libraprox does not intentionally retain the IP address used for this verification or link it to an account or browsing history. Cloudflare may process standard request metadata as part of providing the Worker infrastructure, subject to Cloudflare's terms and privacy policy.

4. External and Third-Party Links

Our website and checkout may direct you to external platforms and service providers, such as the Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or Stripe. We have no authority over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of those platforms. We encourage you to review their individual privacy declarations.
