2. Accounts and Web Subscriptions

Some website features require a Libraprox account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. Email-and-password accounts must verify their email address before sign-in. You must not create or use an account for someone else without authorization.

Web Pro subscriptions are purchased through RevenueCat Billing. RevenueCat Billing uses Stripe as its payment gateway. The price, billing interval, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms shown during checkout apply to the selected subscription. Unless cancelled through the RevenueCat customer portal, a subscription may renew automatically according to those displayed terms. The customer portal can provide subscription cancellation, plan changes, resubscription, payment-method updates, and invoice access where supported by the billing configuration.

A web subscription is associated with the Libraprox account used at checkout and can provide the corresponding Pro entitlement across supported Libraprox platforms. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Mac App Store, or Google Play remain subject to the applicable store's terms and management tools. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. An active subscription must be cancelled with its billing provider and reach the end of its entitlement before account deletion can complete. Refund requests are subject to applicable law and the applicable billing provider's policies; contact Libraprox Support for assistance.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary assets displayed on this website—including but not limited to the brand name "Libraprox", logos, visual layouts, typography, styling rules, copywriting, diagrams, illustrations, and site source code—are the intellectual property of Libraprox and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, adapt, modify, publish, or reproduce any part of the site without explicit written authorization.

4. Simulation and Geolocation Checks

This website provides utility features to let you check your client connection status and potential IP leaks. These checks are conducted client-side by querying public geolocation endpoints. The metrics, data, and connection states displayed are for simulation and informational purposes only. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of these checks under all local ISP configurations or proxy scenarios.
